Paid Human Resources and Operations Internship

Rising Tide Interactive is currently accepting Human Resources and Operations Internship applications for our paid summer/fall Internship Program in our Washington, DC office. Our intern will have the opportunity to join us in our work supporting RTI’s personnel and physical infrastructure, enabling our team to provide top-notch support to Democratic campaigns, committees, PACs, and nonprofits. Also: *every* internship comes with training and mentoring opportunities (this isn’t a gimmick; we want to help you learn!).

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with HRIS and ATS maintenance and updates 
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events, such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition events
  • Provide administrative support to HR team
  • Provide operational support for our DC office, such as inventory management and procurement
  • Assist the HR team in recruiting quality applicants across the company’s open roles
  • Other tasks as needed

  • Paid internship? Yep! We pay $17/hour 
  • This internship is full-time (up to 35 hours/week)
  • Internships typically run from May 6th to November 22nd, but we’re flexible with start/end dates 
  • Location: This position is based in our office in Washington, DC. All RTI employees are expected to be up-to-date on all COVID vaccinations and boosters. We will provide a laptop.
