Director of Client Strategy
Rising Tide Interactive is seeking an experienced digital strategist and manager to join our team as a Director of Client Strategy.
The Director of Client Strategy leads the day-to-day operations of the Client Strategy department, promotes digital innovation and superior client service, and helps shape our growing company as a member of senior staff.
As part of the Client Strategy leadership team, you will:
Mentor and train junior strategists
Recruit and onboard new staff
Serve as the principal strategist on large, high-profile accounts, including political candidates, ballot initiatives, campaign committees, advocacy organizations and nonprofits
Participate in business development and marketing
Ensure our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is integrated into all of our work
Participate in senior staff discussions regarding company policies and lead internal initiatives
The Director of Client Strategy reports to the Vice President of Client Strategy, and frequently collaborates with Partners, VPs, and other department directors on both internal and client-facing work.
We’re looking for:
5 years of experience in digital paid media, public affairs, or advocacy, including experience in a leadership role. Agency experience strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience as a manager
Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following:
Digital paid media
- Salary band: $95,000-115,000

- This is a full-time, exempt position and evening and weekend work can be expected at key points during the election cycle.
- This position is based in our office in Washington, DC. Due to COVID-19, all employees have the option of remote work through at least January 2023.
